Herrington
Contractors were
formed in 2000,
by Nigel
Herrington, who
had previously
traded as N. A.
Herrington
Ground-works.
The decision was
made to re-brand
by discussions
with the
industry, and
seeing a short
fall in Quality
Site
Management.
Over the next few
years, working with
some of the major
surfacing
contractors, gaining
a reputation for
producing good
quality work, It was
decided to apply for
Quality
Certification, and
in January 2006
Herrington
Contractors were
awarded their
ISO9001
Certification, in
the provision of
Highway maintenance
services category.
